The vehicle was taken to the dealer but was not diagnosed or repaired. Transmission has shifting issues (hard shifts) . Vehicle is available for inspection upon request. Safety could be an issue if the transmission fails while driving that could cause harm to the vehicle driver and put others at risk. Vehicle is scheduled for inspection however the dealer is very backlogged.
